This project involved the complete renovation and partial demolition of a 600sqm summer residence in Tourlos, Mykonos, transforming it to meet the vision and specifications of its new owner. Situated on a unique plot with unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea, the residence was upgraded to incorporate the latest in design trends and home technology, combining luxury with functionality.
Key enhancements include the addition of a second pool on the lower level, pergolas for shaded outdoor living, expanded parking facilities, a guard’s house, and new staff accommodations. Inside, the layout was reimagined by merging three bedrooms on the main floor into a spacious master suite, while the former master bedroom was converted into a VIP suite.
Every detail of this project was executed with precision, from the choice of premium materials to the seamless integration of new features. The result is a residence that perfectly balances modern design, innovative technology, and the unique character of its location—an exceptional summer retreat tailored to its owner’s lifestyle.
