This project involved the complete transformation of a 500sqm holiday residence, originally built in the early 2000s in the traditional Cycladic architectural style. Tasked with upgrading the property to meet the competitive standards of today’s real estate market, we reimagined the space to serve its new purpose as a commercially viable luxury rental.
To achieve this, the interior was stripped to its structural elements and rebuilt with an open-plan design, prioritizing functionality and alignment with contemporary architectural standards. Exquisite furniture was selected to elevate the interiors, while the outdoor areas received a complete makeover. The pool and surrounding floors were redefined with high-quality materials, enhancing the overall aesthetic and user experience.
Now fully upgraded, the residence combines Cycladic charm with modern luxury, offering an inviting and market-ready property that caters to the demands of today’s discerning clientele.
